Have you ever tried meditation?

I have been part of 2 meditation groups which have grown into spiritual development groups and i have to say that they are my two favourite nights of the week. The ladies i spend time with are fabulous and each brings something unique and individual to the group. I love watching each of them grow at their own pace and to look back when we all started and to see how far they have come, just makes me smile and feel awesome inside.

So if you have never meditated before, and thought it wasn't for you. Give it a go. You just never know where you might end up. Relaxed at the very least. Enlightened and on a spiritual journey with new friends a very real possibility.

Who knows where life will take you. Jump on and enjoy the ride!
