Sleep tips

The quality of your day depends on how well you slept the night before. Try incorporating some of these habits into your routine before bed to see if they help:

1.  Avoid watching TV

2.  Avoid working on the computer

3.  Don't eat a big meal

4.  Aim for 6 to 8 hours of sleep per night

5.  Make sure your bedroom is dark and cool.

(I have a Himalayan Salt lamp in my bedroom and i find that it makes it beautiful to sleep in, clean air, so that may also be worth the investment!)
