Mars Bar Slice

Ingredients

3 Mars Bars
2 Cups Rice Bubbles
1 Tablespoon (overflowing) Margarine
4 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
1 Packet Nestle Milk Melts

Get a square cake tin and spray it with cooking oil. Put aside.

In a large microwave proof bowl roughly slice up the mars bars.
Add the margarine and the Golden Syrup.
Place into microwave for approximately 1 minute.
Remove from microwave and mix the mixture until it becomes smooth. This may take a couple of minutes.
Add the rice bubbles to this mixture and mix carefully to ensure they are covered.
Pour this mixture into the cake tin and flatten down into the corners so its smooth.

Put the packet of Nestle Milk Melts into the microwave proof bowl and microwave approximately a minute.
Remove from microwave and mix until the mixture becomes smooth.
Pour over the top of the rice bubble mix.

Place into the refrigerator.

Remember to take out and cut up before it sets completely and then place back in refrigerator.

This usually makes 9 – 12 slices.

The kids love this one, and especially the big ones!

Enjoy!

I am really looking forward to the christening, we need something joyful for the family at the moment. I'll let you know how the slice goes, my mouth is watering already.
